Frequently Asked Questions
Can you tell me how I’m InTouch works?
Install I'm InTouch on the computer that you wish to remotely access.
After installing the program, you will be requested to activate your computer
on the I'm InTouch network by giving it a Computer Name. 01 Communique's
secure data center technology will use this Computer Name to track your
computer's Internet IP address and your subscription status.
After activating your computer, you can now enjoy remote access to your
computer. Simply go to https://locator.01com.com/ and login using your
Computer Name, Login Name and Password to authenticate your access. The
secure data center technology will establish a connection between the
device you are currently logging in from and your remote computer registered
on the I'm InTouch network. All connections use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
128 bit key encryption to ensure complete data security - the same technology
used by most online banking applications.

saver.
